Meetings are in the Resnick lobby and occasionally the Beckman lawn unless otherwise noted.

Schedule
- Weekly meetings are often on Tuesdays.
- Monthly meetings are often on Thursdays.
- Meetings are typically one hour long.
Reading pace
- Two main groups: one weekly and one monthly.
- Weekly group reads about 60 pages each week.
- A weekly-group book is usually discussed over 4 to 6 meetings.
- Monthly-group books are usually discussed once per quarter.
Book selection
Books are chosen democratically via polls sent out to the club at the start of each term.
